质量认证流程

一、联络查询

我们利用一切途径宣传评审认证知识，您有任何要求都可直接与我们联系。

Contact    You may contact with us whenever you want to know anything about the certification of a quality system.

二、填写申请书

我们可以通过讨论和现场了解，说明认证程序并协助申请人填写调查表，提出评审认证申请。

Fill in application form    We’ll explain the procedure of certification, and we’ll help applicants to fill in investigation form and apply for certification through discussion or investigation on the spot.

三、提供报价单

对申请的内容进行充分地了解和沟通后，我们将依据国际惯例和国家的有关规定，向申请人提供正式的报价单。

Quotation    Through investigation and communications, we’ll offer applicants formal quotation form according to international convention and the state’s relevant stipulations.

四、签订认证合同

我们基于双方可接受的条件，本着严谨负责的态度，拟订并与申请人签定认证合同。

Sign a contract    We’ll draw up certification contract and sign with applicants on the basis of bilaterally acceptable clauses.

五、组成审核组

按照申请认证范围的专业编码，确定合适的人选组成审核小组，并依程序知会申请人。

Define  an audit group     We’ll select appropriate members to form an audit group according to professional codes of the certification scope. Then we’ll inform applicants through specified procedure.

六、体系文件审核

当申请人的质量体系文件正式发布后，应提交审核，以确定文件的符合性。

Documents audit    After being issued, the applicant’s quality system documents should be audited so as to ensure the conformity.

七、初访

必要时，前往申请人所在工作现场进行较为全面的实地了解，确定是否具备接受审核的条件以及所需的审核准备工作。

Initial visit    Where appropriate, we’ll go to the applicant’s workplace to carry out full investigation, so we can find out whether the applicants are ready for being audited and decide on the preparation work needed for the audit.

八、现场审核

按照与申请人确认的审核计划，收集客观证据验证质量体系运行的有效性。

Initial Audit    We collect objective evidences to prove the effectiveness of the quality system on the basis of the audit programme confirmed by the applicants.

九、跟踪审核

确认对发现不符合项提出纠正措施的实施情况。

Follow up audit    We’ll check the implementation of the corrective action of the non-conformities.

十、推荐注册发证

整理审核材料上报CQC审查通过后签发质量体系认证证书 。

Recommendation    The audit files will be submitted to CQC.  After they have been approved, the quality system certificate will be issued.

十一、监督审核

在证书有效期内监督体系保持情况。

Surveillance    We’ll supervise the maintenance of the quality system  periodically during the term of validity of the certificate.

十二、复审换证

因应证书有效期及国际标准之修订换版进行。

Re-certification    The quality system should be re-audited once the term of validity expires  or the international standard is modified.
